1. Twist the actuator dial to the desired hold — Light, Medium, or Hard — depending on the style you want. 

2. Hold the can about 10–12 inches (25–30 cm) from the hair and spray in smooth, even strokes during or after styling. 

3. For light styles or waves: use “Light” hold — good for volume and flow without stiffness. For more structured styles (up-dos, curls, braids): use “Medium” or “Hard”. 

4. Reapply as needed for extra hold — but avoid over-spraying to prevent buildup.
