3. Let the treatment process 15 minutes without heat. 

4. After processing, blow-dry hair completely until 100% dry — a smooth blow-dry is key for optimal results. 

5. Then flat-iron hair at a recommended temperature (depending on hair type/texture) — typically 350 °F for fine/processed hair; 380 °F for medium; and up to 400–450 °F for coarse or resistant hair — until hair is smooth and shiny. Make 4–6 passes per section or until desired smoothness appears.
